Nothing by script. The site is static HTML. It runs no analytics, no tracking pixels and no third-party scripts, and it loads nothing from other domains — fonts and assets are served from this site.
The web server that delivers the pages keeps standard access logs: the requesting IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser's user-agent string. These logs exist to operate and protect the server. They are not sold, shared or used to build profiles.

If you write to the address on the contact page, the message and the address it came from are kept for as long as it takes to deal with it, and used for nothing else.
